BREAKING THROUGH TO A DEFENSIVE AUDIENCE

We helped the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) change building developers’ perceptions about designing and constructing environmentally sound buildings. The key was working with, not against developers, by delivering the tools and resources that made the process positive and achievable. The award-winning Web site that housed the tools spoke in a language developers understood, guiding them through the process step by step.
