WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
As a Senior Designer, you’ll bring strategic creative ideas to life—telling compelling visual stories online, on the page, or anywhere a brand lives. Your day-to-day will include:
- Designing from concept to execution to deliver engaging, user-focused branding and marketing experiences across all channels.
- Collaborating with creative directors, writers, and strategists on various client projects.
- Using typography, color, photography, and illustration to build on existing guidelines or design from scratch.
- Creating assets, components, and systems for various platforms that are beautiful, easy to use, and strategically sound.
- Taking feedback, learning, and solving design problems with a hands-on approach.
- Communicating your creative decisions confidently to internal teams and clients, as needed.
- Bringing fresh ideas and experimenting in unexpected ways to push the boundaries of design.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- 5+ years of agency experience executing design systems, plus a relevant degree.
- Solid design and conceptual skills with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Skilled at flexing design styles to follow briefs and brand identity standards.
- Passion for uncovering big strategic ideas to produce out-of-the-box creative.
- Interest in sharing new insights, methods, and innovations that enrich our creative culture.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
