Emmy is a brand builder and team leader with over 15 years of experience in brand strategy, insights, and communications. Through her work, she partners with executives to understand business challenges and audience needs, bringing both analytical and creative thinking to develop strategic solutions to drive growth, capture market share, and engage employees.
Prior to joining Sullivan, Emmy led brand strategy for the pharmaceutical portfolio at Johnson & Johnson. Previously, she ran the brand strategy team at DeSantis Breindel, working with clients in industries including technology, healthcare, professional services, law, and finance. She also spent 6 years at Bank of America, partnering with a global team to strengthen a world-leading brand from the inside.
Emmy has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.When not working, she can be found chasing her two kids around various Brooklyn playgrounds, or chasing PR’s on the Peloton.
