Jess Sochol

As a Managing Director, Jessica ensures brands drive business value by working at the center of brand strategy, change management, and marketing activation. With experience on the agency side and in house, she uniquely understands how to help clients build effective brands and go-to-market programs across audiences, portfolios, and teams. Today, she is focused on the leaps needed to rise above accelerating technologies, shape-shifting audiences, and dynamic, multi-year sales journeys.

Before joining Sullivan, Jess spent a decade at VSA Partners, leading relationships across FactSet, AT&T, CME Group, Wayfair, and McGraw Hill. In service of these clients, she spearheaded proprietary brand positioning and segmentation studies, quantified customer experience investments, and led the design and implementation of new governance models, insights centers and employee brands. Prior to VSA, Jessica led content marketing for Relationship Science, a big data tech firm in NYC, and was a content strategist with Siegel+Gale.

She lives in Brooklyn with her family and holds degrees in psychology and professional writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
